"After more than a decade of loving care, Mr. Pobiak sold the Ferrari in 2007 to a renowned French collector, which marked the beginning of a 14-year period of painstaking care. In 2013, the owner managed to locate the 0849 GT engine, which had been installed in the 250 Europa GT number 0367 GT, and the owner agreed to sell the engine. Four years later, the convertible was submitted to Carrosserie Lecoq in France for a complete restoration, including the installation of the matching engine. While the interior was refinished in the unique shade of Turchese, the owner chose to paint the exterior in Nero. Thanks to this magnificent restoration, the 250 GT was presented at the first Cavallino Concours d'Elegance, held in Modena in July 2021."
