My insurance referred me to a body shop, but I want to have it repaired at Lecoq, what should I do?
The Hamon law now allows you to choose your repairer.
Which Lecoq bodyshop is closest to me?
Lecoq bodyshops are distributed in the Côte d'Azur and Ile de France regions:
What are the opening hours of the Lecoq bodyshop?
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Will I be given a loaner vehicle while the repairs are being carried out?
Depending on your insurance contract, a vehicle can be financed by it. However, if your contract does not provide for financing, Lecoq will lend you a vehicle free of charge according to agreement.
I can’t get to my Lecoq bodyshop, can you come and collect my vehicle from my home? Is this service free?
Depending on your insurance company, home service may be covered. In this case, Lecoq offers you a service within a 30 km radius of the bodyshop concerned. We come to collect your vehicle from your home or workplace and leave you a loan vehicle. We also return your vehicle to you after work at home.
Lecoq also offers a specialized service for fleets and company vehicles (by agreement).
If you are an individual and would like this service, you can contact your bodyshop for validation.
Are the spare parts used new?
Yes.
Our spare parts suppliers comply with the manufacturer's original standards.
I have made an appointment and would like to drop off my vehicle before the scheduled time at my Lecoq bodyshop. Is this possible?
