"Mr Pozzi kept 16415 as his personal car, registering it in his wife's name. The Daytona remained in the Pozzi family collection for almost 30 years, undergoing a complete restoration in 1982, during which Mr Pozzi's dealer carried out the mechanical work, while Carrosserie Lecoq , in Paris, took care of the cosmetic aspects. Further mechanical work was carried out in the following years, including the addition of a new exhaust system in 1995 and the replacement of the air conditioning and clutch a year later. In 1997, Mr Pozzi's mechanics also overhauled the gearbox, restored the engine and adjusted the carburettors in preparation for the car's placement for sale."
